Get My IP provides public IP lookup, geolocation display and related informational resources. The Service is offered “as is.”

3. Acceptable Use

• No automated scraping beyond reasonable personal use (max 60 requests/minute).
• No attempts to reverse‑engineer, decompile or disrupt the Service.
• No unlawful, fraudulent or malicious use.

4. Third‑Party Content

The Service integrates ipinfo.io (IP data), Google Maps (map widget) and Google AdSense (ads). Their terms govern your use of those features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Get My IP or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding and code are the property of Get My IP. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission, except code snippets clearly labelled as public‑domain.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Last modified: 6 June 2025.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict‑of‑law provisions.
